The Rink

Service with a stumble. Skating with style.

Charlie is a waiter whose unconventional approach leaves diners with more surprises than they ordered. On his lunch break, he trades restaurant mishaps for roller skates, revealing an unexpected talent for gliding around the rink—and causing chaos for everyone in his path.

Starring Charlie Chaplin, Edna Purviance and Eric Campbell, this lively silent comedy combines restaurant antics with dazzling skating sequences. Chaplin’s effortless turns, near falls and perfectly timed collisions make an ordinary afternoon feel like a glorious comic obstacle course.
