The Cocoanuts

The Marx Brothers check in. Order checks out.

Groucho runs a Florida hotel that’s nearly bankrupt, so he turns to real estate schemes to keep the money coming in. With Chico and Harpo among the guests, his plans quickly give way to mix-ups, music, and glorious chaos.

Starring Groucho, Chico, Harpo, and Zeppo Marx, The Cocoanuts brings the brothers’ stage comedy to the screen in their first feature film. Expect quick-fire jokes, comic mayhem, and songs by Irving Berlin.
