Rebecca is an expert at transforming people. As a successful image “upgrader,” she knows exactly how to polish her clients’ style, confidence, and careers—until her latest assignment turns out to be the one man who has absolutely no interest in changing.

Clive, a charming former soccer star, is stubborn, confident, and perfectly happy doing things his own way. From the moment they meet, he challenges Rebecca at every turn, turning what should be a simple makeover into a battle of wills filled with teasing, playful arguments, and an attraction neither of them wants to admit.

But the more Rebecca tries to turn Clive into her idea of the perfect man, the more she finds herself falling for the man he already is. And somewhere between makeovers, mixed signals, and undeniable chemistry, Clive begins showing Rebecca that she might have a few things to learn about herself, too.
