In The Park

A peaceful park. A mischievous visitor. Romance thrown off course.

Charlie’s stroll through the park becomes anything but relaxing when he meddles with courting couples and gets caught up in trouble involving a stolen handbag. Flirtations, jealous rivals and petty theft turn an ordinary afternoon into a string of slapstick encounters.

Written, directed by and starring Charlie Chaplin, this playful silent short finds comic chaos among the park benches, where nobody’s quiet moment stays quiet for long.
