Bells Of San Angelo

A silver-smuggling mystery with a singing-cowboy twist.

Roy Rogers and Dale Evans star in this classic Western adventure set along the U.S.–Mexico border. Investigating suspicious activity around a silver mine, Roy teams up with Western novelist Lee Madison (Evans) to uncover a dangerous smuggling operation.

With help from his trusty horse Trigger and the comic company of Cookie Bullfincher (Andy Devine), Roy follows the clues into a showdown with ruthless criminals.

Directed by William Witney and featuring music from the Sons of the Pioneers, Bells of San Angelo blends mystery, action, humour and cowboy songs into a lively frontier adventure.
