A Thief Catcher

Crooks on the run. Cops in confusion. Chaos guaranteed.

When a chance photograph captures a pair of thieves, the man behind the camera becomes their next target. His escape leads straight into their hideout, setting the stage for a rescue attempt by the bumbling Keystone Cops.

Starring Ford Sterling, with an early appearance by Charlie Chaplin as a policeman, this lively silent short delivers frantic chases, comic mishaps and classic Keystone slapstick.
